From Germany’s best-known flirt coach to international stages.

Horst Wenzel founded Flirt University in his early twenties — and became the coach German television calls when love needs explaining. Fifteen years, thousands of coaching clients and hundreds of TV appearances later (ARD, ZDF, RTL, ProSieben, n-tv, WDR), his field has never changed: how strangers become close.

What changed is who asks for it. Companies noticed that the mechanics of attraction — attention, trust, timing — are the mechanics of selling and leading. Executives noticed that the one skill money can’t delegate is connection. Today Horst works in two worlds: on stage for organisations that want their people to connect better, and privately with clients who want the same thing for their own life.
