But success narrows your world: everyone wants something from you, genuine encounters are rare, and the skills that won the boardroom don’t win a first date. Horst works with a small number of private clients who want to change that — thoroughly, honestly and away from any spotlight.

## How it works

1. **Application.** A short, confidential note about you and what you want to change.
2. **Private call.** We find out whether we fit. No scripts, no sales pitch.
3. **Engagement.** An individual program over several months — sessions in person or remote, real-life practice, direct feedback. Availability is limited by design.

## Discretion

Every engagement is covered by strict confidentiality — from first contact to final session. References exist; you will understand why we don’t print them.
